LALITPUR, Sept 6: Police have arrested seven middlemen from Transport Management Office in Lalitpur Sub-metropolitan City-13, Ekantakuna on Tuesday.
Police said that they have arrested Khubinda Bogati, 48, of Gorkha, currently living at Talchikhel, Lalitpur and six others for creating hassles and bargaining with the service seekers at the office.
Further investigation was underway, police said.
