Bipin Joshi's whereabouts still unknown, search continues

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: The whereabouts of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who was one among those held hostage and taken towards Gaza following an assault by Hamas in Israel, is still not known.

A Spokesperson of Israel Defense Force said that Joshi was among those held hostage by the Hamas group after the attack on October 7 at Kibbutz-Alumim in southern Israel and taken towards Gaza, the Embassy of Nepal in Tel Aviv, Israel, said.

The embassy in a press release said that Joshi's latest whereabouts are not known and that he is still out of contact and a search for him is currently underway.
