KATHMANDU, April 29: The Democratic Socialist Party led by Mahantha Thakur has unveiled its manifesto for the upcoming local polls.
The manifesto was announced amid a program held at the party’s central office in Kathmandu on Friday.
The declaration sets out an ambitious plan to provide free education to all women, free public transport, and free health care for the poor.
