KATHMANDU, Feb 5: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has said that in the past efforts were made to encircle him in various controversies, but he always managed to come out.
He said this at a press conference after the joint meeting of the party's central committee and parliamentary party
The joint meeting of the central members and MPs of RSP on Sunday has decided to withdraw from the government.
Elected from Chitwan-2, Lamichhane lost his post after being found guilty in the citizenship case by the Supreme Court.
