KATHMANDU, Sep 3: Balendra Shah (Balen), the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), and his wife Sabina Kafle, celebrated the birth of their daughter this morning.
Balen and Sabina, who got married in the month of Falgun in the year 2074 BS, are now the proud parents of their newborn daughter.
