DAILEKH, Sept 9: Police have arrested a smuggler while trafficking a set of leopard skin from Aathbis municipality-2, Dailekh.
Police held Nabin Dhamala, 18, of Kurmakhad, Achham informed DSP Thakur Prasad Pokharel, Dailekh.
It is known that the leopard skin is used for decoration in foreign lands. Police further assumed that the skin was brought for exporting it to foreign countries.
Police have already submitted the leopard skin to the District Forest Office.
