KATHMANDU, May 22: Chudamani Upreti alias Gore, the main accused in the 33 kg gold smuggling case, has been made public after arrest.

According to police, Gore was arrested from Gaurighat, Kathmandu on early Tuesday.
Gore was made public at a press conference organized at the Home Ministry.
The Home Ministry had formed a high level investigation committee to probe the high profile gold smuggling case.
Gore, son of a former police official, who originally hails from Urlabari municipality, Morang, is a mastermind behind the 33 kg gold smuggling.
