KATHMANDU, Dec 14: The first meeting of the federal parliament’s winter session has started amid obstruction by the main opposition CPN-UML.
No sooner had Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota started the meeting than the UML lawmakers rose from their seats and started chanting slogans.
Despite the sloganeering, Speaker Sapkota has continued the meeting.
