KATHMANDU, Sept 7: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Tuesday certified the Bill designed to provide for drinking water and sanitation that was passed by both the houses of the federal parliament and submitted for certification.
According to the office of the President, President Bhandari has certified the bill in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution.
