President offers Dashain tika and jamara to general public

KATHMANDU, Oct 24: President Ramchandra Paudel has offered the Bada Dashain tika and jamara to the general public, VVIPs and VIPs on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, 2080 at the President House, Sheetal Niwas, this afternoon. 

President Paudel offered tika and jamara to Chief Justice Biswambhar Prasad Shrestha, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, parliamentarians, office-bearers of constitutional bodies, high-placed officials of the government, security agencies' chiefs and civil service employees from 2:00PM to 3:00PM. 

Likewise, President Paudel offered tika and jamara to the general public from 3:00PM to 5:00PM today itself.
