Suspension of UML MP Rayamajhi to be announced in HoR meeting today

KATHMANDU, July 31: The meeting of the House of Representative (HoR) will be held at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwar at 1 PM today.

In today's meeting, the Federal Parliament Secretariat said that there is a possible agenda for Speaker Devraj Ghimire to inform about the suspension of the CPN-UML lawmaker Top Bahadur Rayamajhi.

Similarly, Dhanraj Gurung, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs is scheduled to submit a proposal regarding the extension of the Commission of Investigation on Enforced Disappeared Persons and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

The details of the letter received from the Office of the President and the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers regarding assignment of duties will be read out during the meeting.
