KATHMANDU, Nov 29: Bangladeshi women's cricket team has set 134 runs target for Nepal at the ongoing ACC Women's T20 Asian Cup in Thailand on Tuesday.
Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Bangladesh made 133 runs losing four wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
For Bangladesh, Sanjida Islam made 35 runs facing 40 balls hitting five fours. Nigar Sultana and Shaila Sharmin contributed 39 and 19 runs respectively.
Sangita Rai of Nepal sent two Bangladeshi batswomen back to the pavilion as Rubina Chhetry and Sita Rana Magar grabbed a wicket apiece.
Nepal has already faced two straight defeats in the tournament in the hands of Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
