The party also says that it will amend the constitution to enable anyone over the age of 18 to run for any post, including the presidency. The party has ensured 50% female participation at levels of its organization.

The organizational and political dossier prepared by the party's federal committee has been made public in line with the spirit of the party's policy conference held in Liwang, Rolpa, and national conference held in Janakpur.

Before making the document public, the party held extensive consultations with its party members, ordinary public and intellectuals.

During the virtual event, Milan Pandey, the chairperson of the party, said that the Bibeksheel Nepali Party championed the alternative political force in the country eight years ago and has now been able to enter mainstream politics.

The party, in its political document, said that its leadership and organization will work to promote system, transparency, integrity, courage, equality and inclusion.

"Dynamic democratic pluralism" is the philosophy of the party, states the document. "Participatory democracy, dynamic middle-path, social justice and sustainable-self-reliant economy are the party's four-pillar principles," reads the document.

The party also said that it will work to strengthen federalism, secularism and republicanism. While maintaining equidistance with neighboring countries, the party will maintain good ties with all countries to adopt an independent foreign policy, states the document.
