KATHMANDU, Sept 6: Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said that the parliament would pass the bill related to the fundamental rights within September 18 at any cost.

KATHMANDU, Sept 6: Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said that the parliament would pass the bill related to the fundamental rights within September 18 at any cost. 


Talking to media, he said, "I have urged the top leaders of the major political parties today to pass the bills on slated time on consensus."

Speaker Mahara urged this after visiting Prime Minister and Chairperson of Communist Party of Nepal, KP Sharma Oli, another CPN Chair, Pusha Kamal Dahal and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba at the Official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar. 


Out of 26 bills registered at the HoR, only six have been certified. On the occasion, Speaker Mahara also shared about his China visit scheduled from September 7.RSS
