KATHMANDU, Nov 5: Two cadres of the Biplab-led Nepal Communist Party were arrested from Bagbazar in Kathmandu on Thursday.
A team of police from the Special Intelligence Bureau of the Armed Police Force detained Khem Pradan, 28 and Tika Ram Chaudary, 38, as they were preparing to show black flags to visiting Indian Army Chief Manoj Mukund Naravane.

AFP has also recovered some important documents from those cadres. “The arrestees have been handed over to Nepal Police,” said Deputy Inspector General of AFP, Raju Aryal.
