Chief Justice Rana urges agitating lawyers to come for dialogue

KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Chief Justice Cholendra SJB Rana has urged agitating lawyers, who have stepped up protests demanding his resignation, to come for dialogue to resolve their demands.

KATHMANDU, Nov 15: Chief Justice Cholendra SJB Rana has urged agitating lawyers, who have stepped up protests demanding his resignation, to come for dialogue to resolve their demands. 


Issuing a statement on Monday, Chief Justice Rana urged the agitating lawyers to stop their protest and resolve their concerns through dialogue.

Chief Justice Rana has also expressed his commitment to implement the suggestions given by Justice Hari Krishna Karki for the improvement of the functioning of the judiciary. He also said that it is the responsibility of everyone to solve the issues seen in the judiciary. 


“The general public has started asking questions because of the allegations raised in the credibility of the judiciary. It is everyone's duty to maintain the dignity and honor of the institution,” Rana said.
