KATHMANDU, Oct 29: An international conference on climate change has expressed worry over increasing risks the climate change is posing on human health by making its way through agriculture, forestry, and environment.
During the concluding session of the two-day conference organized by Kathmandu School of Applied Sciences, the representatives from various countries said they would furnish suggestions to the chiefs of the concerned governments how the climate change was affecting their countries and recommend what they could opt to mitigate the risks.

More than two dozens of experts including from Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Iran, Italy and USA and the some 150 students of agriculture and environment presented research papers during the conference.
Weather pattern changes in hilly, Tarai area
Kathmandu (RSS): The weather pattern has changed in hilly and Tarai areas across the country with the development of low pressure system in the high atmosphere, the meteorologists said.
"The weather has changed completely in the hilly area, and only one place or two will witness rainfalls due to lack of moisture-laden wind," said Meteorologist Min Kumar Aryal.
The weather change will continue for two more days, he added. The temperature in Kathmandu was recorded at minimum 13.6 degree Celsius Saturday
