NAGARKOT, March 16: A cultural programme has been organized here to support Sharmila Syangtan who is set to scale the world's highest peak, Mount Everest, from the Tamang community.

She is the second woman from the Tamang community to climb the Mount Everest to spread the message that Buddha was born in Nepal. 


The programme was organized to raise fund in support of Syangtan's bid to climb the highest peak also to impart a message against human trafficking, said Programme Coordinator Biku Thokar.(RSS)
