HETAUDA, May 18: State 3 chief minister Dormani Poudel has said the State government is fully committed to a multi-party system, human rights, an independent judiciary, periodic election, free press and the rule of law.


On his best wishes on the occasion of the Buddha Jayanti (Buddha Purnima) and the Ubhauli festival today, he said the three-tier government is fully committed to creating history by materializing the dream of ‘prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali’ with being responsible to the people and in their service.
