Himalayan Bank puts up Rs 10m for restoration project

KATHMANDU, Jan 24: Himalayan Bank Ltd (HBL) has contributed Rs 10 million for restoration of Patan Durbar Square as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Issuing a statement, the bank said that it contributed the amount in association with Kathmandu Valley Preservation Trust (KVPT) on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.


According to the statement, HBL Chairman Manoj Bahadur Shrestha handed over a letter of contribution to Rohit K Ranjitkar, Country Director of KVPT, amid a program organized by the bank in Kathmandu on Sunday to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
