KALAIYA (Bara), July 5: A former Village Development Committee (VDC) chairman in Bara was arrested from the district on Tuesday on a murder charge.

Mahabir Kanu, former chairman of Dewapur Teta VDC, has also been charged with murdering one Biltu, 30, of Dewapur Teta-6.
