KATHMANDU, June 27: Buyoed by the overwhelming response to his best-seller book Kutniti and Rajniti, former Foreign Minister Ramesh Nath Pandey is coming up with a new book, Kranti Ra Pratikranti (revolution and counter revolution).
The birth of a writing career
According to a statement issued by its publisher, Book Hill Publications Limited, the new book revolves around various events including those happening behind the curtains and the counter revolutions that are taking place due to foul play by foreign forces. The book is about conflict that occurred due to the unquenched thirst of leaders for power since the political change that occurred in Nepal in 2006.
The book also includes copies of a number of unpublished letters sent by the founding leader of Nepali Congress, late B P Koirala, from Sundarijal prison to author Pandey on various issues such as politics, social policy, religious faith, atheism, nationalism, revolution, language and literature. The book is expected to hit the book stands by mid-August.
