NAWALPARASI, Nov 19: The police on Friday arrested a fugitive sentenced to 20 years in prison along with confiscation of all property.
Lal Bahadur Kumal, 54, currently living at Chisapani of Benimanipur – 7 had been absconding since 2058 BS after murdering Bal Bahadur Kumal and Dhan Bahadur Kumal in a knife attack.
Fugitive murder accused arrested
Two arrested in possession of contraband drugs.
Two youths were arrested in possession of contraband drugs during a checking of a public bus on Friday. The arrestees have been identified as Bhakta Bahadur Pun and Jivan Pun of Pokhara Sub Metropolis.
The police confiscated 28 Diazepam tablets, 28 Nopin and 48 Phenergan tablets from them. They were arrested in course of a checking of bus passengers at Kawasoti section along the East – West Highway. RSS
