A total of 17 contestants are selected to compete for the title of ‘Mrs Nepal Glam 2019’. Glam World Entertainment is the organizer of the beauty pageant. Currently, the contestants are being trained to gain skills such as communication skill, personality development, leadership, dressing sense, public speaking, among others. Choreographer Ashwinin Jha is mentoring the participants.
For the final competition participants Debaki Sewa, Binu Shahi, Sunita Phuyal Chhetri, Sylva Tuladhar, Panita Rai, Seema Sharma, Nima Tamang, Sandhya Shrestha, Seema Ghatan Bishwokarma, Sonika Karki, Sona Rai Lama, Kalpana Pradhan, Pragya Shrestha, Meenu Pradhan Shrestha, Pratima Adhikari, Punya Bajrachary and Anju Khadka Rai have been selected.

Apart from main title, the pageant features various sub titles. According to the press statement issued by Glam World Entertainment, main objective for organizing this pageant is to motivate, encourage and boost confidence of married women.
