Gold price remains stable, silver loses value

KATHMANDU May 11: The price of gold remained the same on Thursday at Rs 111,600. The price of gold increased by Rs 400 from Sunday till Wednesday and didn’t change the day after.

KATHMANDU May 11: The price of gold remained the same on Thursday at Rs 111,600. The price of gold increased by Rs 400 from Sunday till Wednesday and didn’t change the day after. 


The price of silver decreased in 4 days. According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of silver per tola remains at Rs 1,430 on Thursday.  Silver had been trading at Rs 1,445 since Sunday. The price of silver per tola decreased by Rs 15 on Thursday.

There was a slight increase in the price of gold internationally. Gold traded at $2030.6 per ounce on Wednesday and at $2030.92 on Thursday. Silver prices went from $25.58 on Wednesday to $25.31 on Thursday.
