KATHMANDU, March 22: The price of gold increased by Rs 800 per tola on Tuesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold went up by Rs 800 to Rs 100,300 per tola in the domestic market. The yellow metal was traded for Rs 99,500 per tola on Monday.
Gold price rises by Rs 800 per tola
The price of standard gold is Rs 99,800 per tola on Friday. Similarly, the price of silver rose by Rs 20 to Rs 1,395 per tola from Rs 1,275 per tola on Monday.
The federation has been fixing the price of gold and silver in Nepal in line with the transaction price of the international market.
