Gold, silver prices drop on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, Sept 8: The price of gold in the Nepali market dropped by Rs 700 per tola on Wednesday. The price of fine gold per tola decreased Rs 90,700 on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, Sept 8: The price of gold in the Nepali market dropped by Rs 700 per tola on Wednesday. The price of fine gold per tola decreased Rs 90,700 on Wednesday. The price was Rs 91,400 on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association. The price of fine gold per 10 grams has reached Rs 77,760.


Likewise, the price of standard gold per tola has reached Rs 90,200. The price of 10 grams of standard gold is priced at Rs 77,330.

The price of silver has also decreased by Rs 10 per tola on Wednesday. Silver is priced at Rs 1,220 per tola while 10 grams of silver is priced at Rs 1,046. The price of silver was Rs 1,230 on Tuesday.
