KATHMANDU, Aug 31: Golden Peak School of Kavre has clinched the title of the Second Valley-wide Higher Secondary Level Dandi-Biyo Tournament on Wednesday.
In the final held at National Sport Council (NSC), Tripureshwar, Golden Peak defeated Nazareth School, Lalitpur 194-153. Bipin Shivabhakti contributed highest 70 points for the wining team.

In the third pace play-off , Centennial Higher Secondary School, Kathmandu overcame Dipsikha School of Kavre 172-140.
Top three finishers of the tournament were awarded with Rs 10,000, Rs 7,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.
NSC Member Secretary Keshab Kumar Bista and member Upendra Poudel distributed the prizes. Three teams each from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur and two teams from Kavre had participated in the two-day event.
