RASUWA, Oct 8: 'Compassion knows no boundaries,' proved a Good Samaritan Australian tourist visiting Nepal recently provided financial assistance to a local school at Jibajibe in Rasuwa School.
Ruth Sheridan, a college teacher at Axle College in Australia, availed the assistance worth Rs 650,000 to the Nilkantha Namuna Secondary School for the construction of a building, according to Principal Narayan Prasad Devkota.

Sheridan distributed the aid collected from a fundraising drive conducted she conducted herself. Another Good Samaritan Nepali, Balaram Neupane, has also helped her cause. He heads the Nuwakot Tourism Society in Rasuwa.
The list of support from the Good Samaritan Australian does not end here. She has also provided Rs 100,000 in addition to help develop software for seven schools in the locality, informed School Inspector Basu Lamichhane.RSS
