KATHMANDU, Feb 21: Former Prime Minister, Babu Ram Bhattarai has said that he is ashamed and sad that he has to go India for medical treatment.
Bhattarai on his Twitter account wrote that he is ashamed and sad that he had to go to India to find out whether his tumor is fatal. “What if any average Nepali national suffered from the same problem?” he added.

Bhattarai also expressed his gratitude toward those wishing him good health.
Bhattarai flew to New Delhi this afternoon as he has been suffering from stomach problems for some time now.
He will undergo treatment at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences in New Delhi.
