KATHMANDU, Aug 29: IME Group is showcasing its prestigious brand ‘Ashok Leyland’ in the NADA Auto Show that is beginning from Tuesday.
“Spread over 72 square meters, the stall of Ashok Leyland showcases its models U2518 Tipper in the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Segment and Dost in the Light Commercial Vehicle Segment,” a statement issued by the company said.

“U2518 Tipper comes with factory built cargo cab, E3 engine with Inline Fuel Injection Pump, Bogie suspension and 9-speed gearbox,” it said, adding that the major highlight of this year is the concept launch of “Dost Passenger Chassis”, an LCV under Ashok Leyland Light Commercial Vehicles in Nepal.
Another product concept being launched in the auto show is ‘Sunshine’ school bus, said LT Enterprises Pvt Ltd -- the trading subsidiary of IME Group.
