The solo exhibition of 11-year-old Shashwat Budhathoki was held at Premier International School, Khumaltar, on Tuesday. Altogether 20 photographs based on Indra Jatra were displayed at the exhibition.

The chairman of the school, Pawitra Limbu, had inaugurated the photography exhibition. Speaking in the inauguration event, Limbu stated, “This is a proud moment for us. The exhibition has elevated the trademark of our school. His excellence has set a benchmark and a motivation to every young student. Presenting visual beauties through photographs take a lot of learning which Shashwat has done it gracefully. Dedication and hard work definitely bear fruitful results.”
Budhathoki had been collecting photos for the exhibition since the past two and a half-month. The photos on display include images of Hanuman Dhoka, Palaces (that opens only during Indra Jatra), living goddess Kumari, along with President Bidhya Devi Bhandari. Also, he has captured all the prominent moment of Indra Jatra.
