Being married to a rapper can seemingly go both ways: While half of America likes Beyoncé Carter-Knowles, Kim Kardashian West is liked by 22 percent, according to Ipsos’ recent “Favorability Study”. 8 and 7 percent of Americans respectively seem to be living behind the moon and haven’t heard of either of the ladies.
Donald Trump has almost the same favorability rating as Tesla CEO and PayPal co-founder Elon Musk. The difference between the two is that more people dislike Trump and less people actually know who Elon Musk is. (Good news for Elon then: those who have heard of him like him.)
Net favorability is the combined result from very and somewhat favorable and net unfavorable counts very and somewhat unfavorable together. The figures are based on a survey of 1,192 U.S. adults in August 2017.
