JUMLA, Aug 10: Separate incidents of landslides at Rachuli, Molpha, and Furke in the Kalikot district along the Surkhet-Jumla road have blocked the Karnali Highway.
The Road Division Office, Jumla has informed that work to remove the debris is underway since this morning.

Due to small landslides in places like Rachuli, Molpha, and others, hundreds of passengers were stranded when vehicles traveling from Jumla and Mugu to Surkhet, Nepalgunj, and Kathmandu were forced to stop along the way.
The office has stated that the Karnali Highway will be operational after the completion of landslide removal in the affected areas.
