BANKE, Nov 15: The central committee member of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP), Goma Shahi, died in a road accident occurred in Kohalpur of Banke district last night.
She breathed her last while receiving medical treatment at the Teaching Hospital in Kohalpur.

Shahi was injured in the road accident after a motorcycle (Bhe 2 Pa 302) that she was riding on was hit by a van (Bhe 1 Cha 1672) near Bidhyut Road in Kohalpur at 7:45 pm on Wednesday, the Area Police Office, Kohalpur said.
Police Inspector Man Bahadur BC said that motorcyclist Anjil Shahi has also sustained serious injuries in the accident.
Meanwhile, auto-rickshaw puller Narayan Poudel died on Wednesday after his rickshaw fell off the drainage on its road to Kohalpur from Pipari in Banke district, the police said. RSS
