Left alliance wins province assembly at Humla-A

KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Dal Bahadur Rawal from the Left Alliance has won in Province Assembly-A election. Rawal received 7,158 votes while his opponent, Than Bahadur Rokaya of Nepali Congress received 4,811 votes.
