NAWALPARASI, Feb 7: The annual Madar Baba Festival celebrated by the Muslim community will be held from February 16 to 25.
The historic Mada Baba pilgrimage site of the Muslims in Nepal is gaining popularity in the country and abroad. All necessary preparations for the festival have been ramped up, Festival Management Committee Coordinator, Jamaluddin Ansari shared.
The Madar Baba pilgrimage site is located at Dumkibas hill, nine kilometers from Mahalbari Bazaar of Nawalparasi district's Kudiya Rupauliya locality.
It is widely believed that visiting the Madar Baba festival rids oneself from obstacles and grief and fulfills one's wishes. RSS
