KATHMANDU, April: Management Association of Nepal on Thursday presented its various suggestions to the government to tackle the novel coronavirus.
In its written suggestions to the Prime Minister's Office, the organization also has pointed out challenges the country likely to face in the aftermath of COVID-19 pandemic.

The suggestions were collected organizing online discussions with economists and policymakers across the country in different phases, according to a press release issued by the organization.
Earlier, the PM Office had personally requested MAN to submit their suggestion regarding the upcoming economic plans and policies.
According to the press release issued by the MAN, the suggestions were mainly focused on crisis management, generating employments, promoting tourism, industries, agriculture, energy management, rural development, food security, health and security, education, and good governance.
This global pandemic has threatened the economy of developing nations like Nepal in the very first place, the organization said. "If the government does not adopt proper economic policies in the coming days, the country's economy will shrink further," read the press release.
