RATNANAGAR (Chitwan), Sept 19: A dead body of a seven-month-old baby girl was found inside a well at Kumaroj locality of Khaireni Municipality in Chitwan today.
The baby named Prajina Neupane was thrown inside the well by her mother, the District Police Office (DPO), Chitwan quoted the information coming from the local villagers.
Parbati Neupane, wife of Ram Sharan Neupane, 36, disappeared after throwing the baby into the well, according to police.
Ram Sharan had filed a complaint with the police for the missing mother and daughter when they went out of contact after leaving the house in the morning hours. The police had launched a search based on the appeal.
The mother is learnt to be suffering from mental problems and the police have launched an extensive search to find her. RSS
