DUBAI, July 27: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is resuming its flights to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after a gap of four years.
Organizing a press meet, Ajman National Travel Agency (ANTA), a sales agent of the national flag carrier, informed that NAC will resume its flights to the Gulf country from August 18.
At a first phase, NAC will fly to Dubai from Kathmandu on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 pm and return at 4:10 am (local time) the next day. NAC’s Airbus A320 that will be flying to Dubai has 150 economy and eight business class seats.
ANTA’s General Manager, Kumar Jagadish said that the flight will help to promote Nepal’s tourism.
Issuing a statement, ANTA said that one-way fare will cost 535 Dirham, while two-way fare has been fixed at 1080 Dirham.
Meanwhile, Nepalis in the UAE has expressed their happiness for the NAC resuming its flights to the UAE.
