KATHMANU, Aug 14: Secretariat meeting of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has been called for 3pm in the afternoon on Wednesday.

The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
The meeting had been rescheduled for several times following disputes over assigning School Department in the party.
