BHAKTAPUR, Aug 12: Superintendent of Police (SP) at the Metropolitan Police Circle Bhaktapur, Kiran Bajracharya, has stated that many Nepali ladies were being sold out abroad in the name of foreign employment.
SP Bajracharya, who was recently conferred on 'Hero Acting to End Modern Slavery Award-2016' by the American government, said so while being feted by the Women Coordination Committee of the Bhaktapur District Development Committee, in Bhaktapur on Friday.

SP Bajracharya commented that not only the country women but also the urban women with modern education and sound financial condition were lured into foreign employments and trapped into the hinge of the middlemen.
Nepali Congress parliamentarian Rameshower Dhungel feted her offering shawl and a letter of appreciation.
Bajracharya had busted those involved in human trafficking, especially among Nepali women, in the name of marriage bureau and dance bar recruiter in Africa. RSS
