Nimbus provides relief fund

KATHMANDU, July 27: Nimbus, an agri-business enterprise, has said that it has provided Rs 3.3 million to Sanjay Gautam, a farmer from Pathivara Poultry Farm of Khanar-12 in Sunsari.

Issuing a statement on Wednesday, the company said that it provided the assistance under its campaign 'Shakti Sahayogi Hath' which helps poultry farmers to reduce the risk of Avian Influenza by compensating them for losses due to the disease. "Gautam's poultry farm was affected by influenza.


The main objective of 'Shakti Sahayogi Hath' is to compensate  the farmers and increase poultry production in the country," the company added in the statement.
