BIRATNAGAR, Dec 4: There lies no problem in the sale and distribution of petroleum products in the eastern region, said Eastern Regional Office of the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).
The tanker truck drivers called off their strike some days ago and there is no more problems in the import of petroleum products from India as well, said NOC regional office chief Dinesh Kumar Yadav.
Respective NOC depots in the region are distributing fuel in an easy and transparent manner, he said, claiming that the depots have stock as well.
According to the regional office, a total of around 300,000 liters petrol and 700,000 liters diesel are imported into Biratnagar from India on a daily basis. RSS
