Oli pays visit to former king in secret: Chairman Nepal

KATHMANDU, March 25: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has alleged CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli of frequently entering the residence of former King Gyanendra Shah in secret.

KATHMANDU, March 25: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has alleged CPN-UML chairman KP Sharma Oli of frequently entering the residence of former King Gyanendra Shah in secret. 


Chairman Nepal said that Oli has been meeting the former king to establish a nexus in the upcoming local level election. Speaking at a program organized at Kathmandu on Friday, Stating that the efforts are underway between the UML and right-winged Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) to contest in the upcoming election together, Chairman Nepal alleged Oli of being a right-wing leader

He said that his party, being a leftist and democratic force will contest in the election with Nepali Congress (NC) among other parties. Mentioning that they are waiting for the institutional decision of the NC to contest in the election by forming an electoral coordination, Chairman Nepal said that other leftist political forces are also proposing for electoral coordination with their party. He also directed party members and leaders to prepare for the upcoming polls by depending on their own force.
