DAMAK, Nov 23: A person killed and another was seriously injured in road accident at Lakhanpur-1 in Jhapa district along the east-west highway on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Sachin Rai, 25. The accident took place when two motorcycles—(Me 3 Pa 7636) and (Me 2 Pa 5545) collided with each other.
Rai died while undergoing treatment at Damak-based Lifeline Hospital while seriously injured Suresh Majhi of Lakhanpur-5 has been receiving treatment at Biratnagar-based Neuro Hospital, according to the Area Police Office, Damak. RSS
