BANEPA, Feb 4: One person was killed and two others injured in a road accident at Machchhepauwa VDC-3 of Kavrepalanchowk district today, police said.
The accident took place when a mini truck (Ba 3 Kha 4100) heading to Machchhepauwa from Mangaltar met with the accident at the place. The deceased is Shantaman Tamang of the same place, police added.

Similarly, the injured are Shantaman's wife Thuli Maya Tamang and driver Sunil Tamang, 22, of Sindhuli district and they are undergoing treatment at Dhulikhel based hospital.
According to police, the vehicle fell some 30 meters down from the road.
The vehicle was loaded with construction materials including sand. RSS
