Dhangadhi, July 19: One of the victims of Thursday's explosion in Dhangadi died in course of treatment in local hospital, district authorities said.
Ram Singh of Bajhang, who was involved in detonating improvised explosive device at Nilam Hotel in Dhangadhi, died in course treatment on Thursday.
Singh, who was seriously injured in the blast, breathed his last at around 11:30 pm last night in Maya Metro hospital, Mohan Raj Joshi, assistant chief district officer in Kailali told Republica Online.

"Four victims have been undergoing treatment in Dhangadhi, and one of them is in critical condition," Joshi said.
Hotel owner Keshavraj Pandey, Laxman Sherala, Mobin Khan and Jitendra Yadav, who were seriously injured due to the explosion, have been receiving treatment.
"Laxman Sherala is receiving treatment in critical condition," Joshi further said. The District Administration Office has stepped up security in the city following the blast.
Police have seized a pistol from the hotel. The preliminary investigation carried out by the police suggests that the banned Netra Bikram Chand-led NCP was responsible behind the explosion, police said.
