Only 21 medical colleges in Bangladesh restricted for Nepali students

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: The Education Consultancy Association Nepal (ECAN) has stated that there were no restrictions on enrollment to Nepali students in all medical colleges in Bangladesh.

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: The Education Consultancy Association Nepal (ECAN) has stated that there were no restrictions on enrollment to Nepali students in all medical colleges in Bangladesh. 



In a press meet here Monday, ECAN clarified that the restriction was only in 21 medical colleges. 



ECAN chair Prakash Pandey shared that the Ministry of Education and Medical Council Nepal had restricted for admission of Nepali students in only the 21 colleges whereas they were getting enrollment in other colleges. 



There are about 150 medical colleges and 25,000 Nepali students are pursuing medical education in Bangladesh. RSS
