KATHMANDU, June 14: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is holing a meeting with Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) at Singha Durbar on Wednesday.
With the second phase of local level elections just two weeks away, Prime Minister Deub has called the meeting in a bid to bring the disgruntled RJPN on board the elections process.
Top leaders of the major three parties including Ram Chandra Paudel, Bimalendra Nidhi from Nepali Congress, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, senior leaders Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal, CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal and leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha and RJPN leaders Mahantha Thakur, Mahendra Raya Yadav and Sharat Singh Bhandari are present in the meeting.

RJPN called a four-day bandh in tarai districts demanding constitution amendment prior to the second phase of local level elections.
Normal life has been affected in Rautahat on the second consecutive day due to strike in Madhes.
Shops, markets, factories, schools have remained shut while vehicles plying short and long routes have stayed off the road.
